Q: Do you accept insurance?

Yes , we are contracted with many major insurance companies and do bill insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Because our focus is on providing you with the best care possible, some things may not be covered by insurance. In these cases many patients take advantage of their flexible spending and Health Savings Accounts to cover these out of pockets costs. We are contracted with: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Moda Health, PacificSource and Providence. If we are not contracted with your insurance plan we will provide you with a superbill showing services paid for that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Examples of popular plans with out of network benefits include Multi-Plan and First Choice Health, but we recommend contacting your insurance directly to verify benefits. Please inquire with your insurance company to ensure your plan has naturopathic benefits as each plan is unique regardless of carrier and network participation.

Q: Is there a late cancel policy I should be aware of?

Yes! Due to the high demand for appointments we ask you to value our provider’s time by arriving to your scheduled appointment. Our office will assess a late cancel fee if a patient cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, or if they do not show up for a scheduled visit. The late cancelation fee for our office is $75. Please help us by planning accordingly and arriving to your appointments at the scheduled time.

I have had amazing results and care from Dr. K and the staff here. A year ago I was 50 pounds heavier, had chronic sinus infections, fatigue and many other symptoms. Dr. K has helped to get me on the right path. He really looks at the whole picture of health and the root cause, not just the symptoms. He also worked with me on a health plan that I was comfortable with and I took a little slower approach but my results have been amazing. No sinus infections or seasonal allergies in the last 8 months! I would normally have at least two sinus infections during that amount of time. Really nice staff who got me in straight away. I had lots of questions which Marlo answered. I had the D12 injection which is a combination of 25,000 iu of Vit D and 1 mg B12. Awesome experience! I’m training for a big hike in Washington later this summer. I started my training routine about 7 months ago, and I found my endurance to be really lagging, especially during those hard training days. I also found it harder to recover, which became a vicious cycle. On the advice of friend, I made an appointment with Dr. Tyler Keliiheleua; admittedly I was a little skeptical as I had never been to a naturopathic practitioner before.

Now, after being a patient of Dr. Keliiheleua for several months, my training is on track and my endurance and recovery are the best they’ve been for years! Dr. Keliiheleua ran a number of test, worked with me to further define my symptoms, and developed a treatment plan that has made a huge difference. At the end of the day, Dr. Keliiheleua identified a hormonal imbalance that was really slowing me down, and this had been overlooked for many years because on the surface my labs looked “normal”.

The staff is great, the environment is relaxing, and I’m very glad that I went to see Dr. Keliiheleua!
