I ended up in the ER due to yellow hands, nausea, passing out, dizziness, brusing, there was a LONG list of symptoms I was experiencing before being seen at Natural Family Health. I was sent home from the ER being told it must just be a 'stomach bug', knowing that wasnt the case, I researched and found Dr. K. Within 4, FOUR visits my life and health have completely turned around! The first visit was extremely comprehensive and went far beyond the 'normal routine' entry paperwork for a new Dr. He knew exactly what blood tests to run, found deficiencies, inflammation, and other core issues that were causing my symptoms. We ran a food test and created a custom diet to follow and after 6 weeks, I was mind blown and it keeps getting better! All of my symptoms are completely gone. Problems I didnt even go in for are gone, like not experiencing any anxiety for the first time that I can even remember. No more brain fog and depression, no more mood swings and intense sugar cravings. No more bloating and my energy levels are improving daily. No more painful cramps around my cycle, the list just goes on. We've only added in a few extra supplements too, along with diet change so the protocols are definitely afforable and accessible. This is the way medicine should be. Personalized, specific care catered to each individuals needs. Where the doctor teaches the patient how to heal their body and gut. I'm incredibly pleased with my experience here. The front desk helper, Marlo is so sweet and so fun to talk to while waiting. I recently had 6 sessions on the Emsella chair after having won a social media post giveaway. Yay! I have to say that I had a wonderful experience working with Shera Lynn and Dr K. Shera Lynn was so nice and explained everything thoroughly and checked on me frequently during treatments. The treatments are not painful at all, mostly just feels like little electrical pulses. It was super easy and quick; I was there less than 30 minutes. I found that the treatments helped with frequency/urgency and bedtime bathroom trips, even after only just 6 treatments! That's a lot of kegals that I did not have to do. I am also interested in learning more about Esmella and the potential immune therapy properties, could be interesting to see how it helps women with frequent bladder infections or yeast infections. I also see Dr. K on a regular basis for managing my overall health and wellness and I see Chad for my infusions. All of the staff there is wonderful. I highly recommend their services!
I can’t overstate how happy I am that I found the Natural Family Health Clinic! I’m just getting started, but already feel better than I ever have. Marlo always creates a welcoming environment and Chad is such a talented phlebotomist – injections are painless! Dr. K is truly a health guru. Have had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The people are friendly and helpful, giving you the information and encouragement you need to make change with your overall health. They do not push or judge, they guide. Had allergy testing which led to an elimination diet which led to life changing results. I feel so much better already! Going into the next phase with a supplement plan and I have no doubt it will garner more good results. With the help of Dr. K and his staff and with a willingness on my part to listen and act, I'm looking forward to feeling healthier going forward. NFHC is my favorite doctors office of all time. I've been a patient here since 2015. I've never had a doctor that would sit and talk and actually LISTEN to me as well as Dr. K does. The entire staff here is wonderful and kind and will help you anyway they can.
I went in to Dr K in tremendous pain from EOE. I am quickly improving and learning how to be healthy as I ease into my 60's.
He was so thorough and kind. I am now a patient for life. Thank you so much Dr. K, you truly are a blessing.
If you haven't had an infusion before, you have to go see Chad Wageman at the clinic. He is the perfect person for this. He is so professional and I didn't feel any discomfort. I always come out with boundless energy and can't wait for the next round. Chad, you are the best.
Update: I recently went in for an endoscopy to check how my EOE is doing. They said I am doing very well, and the ulcer they found with my last endoscopy is completely gone.

I have had amazing results and care from Dr. K and the staff here. A year ago I was 50 pounds heavier, had chronic sinus infections, fatigue and many other symptoms. Dr. K has helped to get me on the right path. He really looks at the whole picture of health and the root cause, not just the symptoms. He also worked with me on a health plan that I was comfortable with and I took a little slower approach but my results have been amazing. No sinus infections or seasonal allergies in the last 8 months! I would normally have at least two sinus infections during that amount of time. I am so thankful to Dr. K and have recommended his office to friends and family. They are very professional and helpful!
I never had a vitamin IV before, and I had my first one here. I had a baby 2.5 weeks ago and felt worn down and tired. After my vitamin shot I felt amazing. Best staff and best location/view. So glad I found this little gem.
