I was having issues with sinus infections over a 6 month period and had been seen by my GP and ENT several times, between the 2 Doctors they had me on 3 rounds of antibiotics and a round of steroids which none of worked. The final solution from my ENT was surgery, I have heard horror stories of long time negative effects. I decided to seek out other alternatives as I did not want to do surgery and was recommended to Natural Family Health Clinic from a friend. I met with Dr. K and he reassured me he could treat my chronic sinus infection and avoid surgery. Dr. K did some in-depth testing that found results I had never been show before by my regular GP Doctor showing how the food I was eating was effecting my digestive system, immune system and creating inflammation among many other concerns. Dr. K set me up with a naturopath program with vitamins, oils and minerals, along with a diet avoiding specific foods that were having high negative reaction to my body. I could not believe the results from my retest and was amazed at the changes to my system from just sticking with Dr. K's advise. I haven't felt this good in 20 years with the help of Dr. K and the program he put me on. I highly recommend Dr. K and his entire team at Natural Family Health Clinic.

I have had amazing results and care from Dr. K and the staff here. A year ago I was 50 pounds heavier, had chronic sinus infections, fatigue and many other symptoms. Dr. K has helped to get me on the right path. He really looks at the whole picture of health and the root cause, not just the symptoms. He also worked with me on a health plan that I was comfortable with and I took a little slower approach but my results have been amazing. No sinus infections or seasonal allergies in the last 8 months! I would normally have at least two sinus infections during that amount of time. I am so thankful to Dr. K and have recommended his office to friends and family. They are very professional and helpful!

I ended up in the ER due to yellow hands, nausea, passing out, dizziness, brusing, there was a LONG list of symptoms I was experiencing before being seen at Natural Family Health. I was sent home from the ER being told it must just be a 'stomach bug', knowing that wasnt the case, I researched and found Dr. K. Within 4, FOUR visits my life and health have completely turned around! The first visit was extremely comprehensive and went far beyond the 'normal routine' entry paperwork for a new Dr. He knew exactly what blood tests to run, found deficiencies, inflammation, and other core issues that were causing my symptoms. We ran a food test and created a custom diet to follow and after 6 weeks, I was mind blown and it keeps getting better! All of my symptoms are completely gone. Problems I didnt even go in for are gone, like not experiencing any anxiety for the first time that I can even remember. No more brain fog and depression, no more mood swings and intense sugar cravings. No more bloating and my energy levels are improving daily. No more painful cramps around my cycle, the list just goes on. We've only added in a few extra supplements too, along with diet change so the protocols are definitely afforable and accessible. Dr. K is a very smart naturopathic doctor. After telling him my symptoms he ordered labs. We were able to figure out my food sensitivities and and genetic deficiencies. I am now on a healing protocol and finally feel optimal health can be obtained! Marlow is also amazing at answering questions and scheduling. Chad is wonderful as well. Everyone is beyond kind!
I can’t overstate how happy I am that I found the Natural Family Health Clinic! I’m just getting started, but already feel better than I ever have. Marlo always creates a welcoming environment and Chad is such a talented phlebotomist – injections are painless! Dr. K is truly a health guru. I never had a vitamin IV before, and I had my first one here. I had a baby 2.5 weeks ago and felt worn down and tired. After my vitamin shot I felt amazing. Best staff and best location/view. So glad I found this little gem.
NFHC is my favorite doctors office of all time. I've been a patient here since 2015. I've never had a doctor that would sit and talk and actually LISTEN to me as well as Dr. K does. The entire staff here is wonderful and kind and will help you anyway they can.
Going to Natural Family Health clinic is by far the best decision I have ever made bar none! I was on several prescription medication and overweight. I have lost 50 pounds and am off all prescription meds except 1 which I will be off soon. I am 58 and in the best shape of my life. Doctor K and Chad are absolutely awesome. I took my daughter in because she wasn’t feeling well and Chad gave her IV of hydrogen peroxide and by the next morning she was 100% as if she was never sick. I don’t write a lot of reviews but for this clinic I could not recommend them more. My advice is to trust the plan and stick by it, it’ll be worth it.
Significantly reduced arthritis pain levels with food sensitivity testing. Life changed, and was able to go off medication i have been on for most of my adult life. Friendly staff as well. 10/10
