I moved from NY to OR in April 2019 and accidentally stumbled across Natural Family Health Clinic while in the parking lot of New Seasons Market. After 16 years of weird health issues that no one could figure out, the Drs here diagnosed me with Lyme and Bartonella. The last 3 months of treatment have been a rollercoaster ride, but Dr. K has been AMAZING. Always able to answer my questions and reassure me that the process is working. He’s also been very creative with my treatment plan. We started off with heavy doses of antibiotics, combined with hydrogen peroxide and chelation therapy IV treatments. I showed signs of great improvement but also wound up with some pretty awful side effects. Now we’ve switched paths and are using essential oils to treat, along with the weekly IV treatments still, and I can’t believe how much better I feel. Those awful side effects are gone too. I will admit, I was skeptical about the essential oil treatment plan, as I didn’t see how it could possible work as well as regular drugs. But I’m definitely a believer now.

And Marlo always greats me with a smile and laugh when I walk through the front door. There’s always quite a bit of laughter while I’m there ha ha. They’ve become like family in the last few months, which is so great because all my family is back on the east coast. I will never be able to thank you guys enough!!

We ran a food test and created a custom diet to follow and after 6 weeks, I was mind blown and it keeps getting better! All of my symptoms are completely gone. Problems I didnt even go in for are gone, like not experiencing any anxiety for the first time that I can even remember. No more brain fog and depression, no more mood swings and intense sugar cravings. No more bloating and my energy levels are improving daily. No more painful cramps around my cycle, the list just goes on. We've only added in a few extra supplements too, along with diet change so the protocols are definitely afforable and accessible. This is the way medicine should be. Personalized, specific care catered to each individuals needs. Where the doctor teaches the patient how to heal their body and gut. I'm incredibly pleased with my experience here. The front desk helper, Marlo is so sweet and so fun to talk to while waiting. NFHC is my favorite doctors office of all time. I've been a patient here since 2015. I've never had a doctor that would sit and talk and actually LISTEN to me as well as Dr. K does. The entire staff here is wonderful and kind and will help you anyway they can.

AMAZING! Dr. K is my favorite doctor of all time and has replaced my primary doctor almost entirely, except for the mammograms, etc. He’s a wealth of knowledge, but breaks it down in layman’s terms without oversimplifying. I chose this office after low energy and food allergies were taking over my life and I feared my primary would mistake it for depression and medicate me unnecessarily. Dr. K has since identified my food allergies and cause for low energy and I feel like I’m on the right track to an energized life. I also appreciate they don’t sell you on 10+ bottles of supplements each visit; I’m confident I’m only getting what I need.
I had been experiencing fatigue and slight nausea post cancer treatment for over 2 years. I had accepted these symptoms as side effects of chemotherapy. I saw Dr Keliiheleua and he immediately ordered some lab work. From my lab results he deduced that I had a leaky gut and gluten intolerance along with other food allergies.
